Communication is central to our approach. We utilize Slack as our main tool to maintain continuous communication. Students can engage with peers, instructors, teaching assistants, and our past students, fostering a collaborative learning environment via the slack platform.

We collect Weekly feedback from our students to enable us to implement real-time improvements based on student input. To ensure we meet student needs effectively, These include regular surveys conducted by our student success team throughout each program, designed to capture student goals, backgrounds, demographics, and program feedback.
